UBF·B management consultancy and corporate management Berlin (UBF·B GmbH) was founded in 1998 by a team of experienced line managers and senior consultants. All shares of the company are held by the participating partners. Principal place of business is Berlin, additional offices are located in Stuttgart and Pune (India).

The majority of our partners and consultants formerly held positions as chief executives or board members in industry or service companies.

This bundling of practical experience offers our clients great advantages regarding task conception and adequacy of suggestions.

Our professional approach focuses on the actual feasibility and the evident improvement towards a given business objective.

Our task approach is well-structured and very efficient, but not schematic. Every project and every assignment has a specific context, which offers new incitements to develop a competitive advantage.
